Welcome to Tennessee Fishing Reports.
The Volunteer State is known for its great Bass, Panfish, Walleye, and Catfishing opportunities. With 803,000 licensed anglers, spending 15.5 million days on the water, there are a lot of great fishing stories to be told. We encourage Tennessee anglers to share their experiences while afield â either good or not so good. Contributing your helpful tips and timely information to the pages of American Fishing Journals will encourage others to do the same, which in turn may be a benefit to you.

Crappie

Reelfoot Lake
The crappies were schooling up over deep structure. We soaked 1/16 oz tube jig in chartreuse to catch a few keepers. It was pretty cold out and the wind was kicking up but we had a good time. Make sure to bring something warm to drink when you go.
